Writing- We are working on Expository Writing- writing to explain. A writing prompt will be sent home on Monday. The assignment requirements are on the top of the form. Students are to complete a specific portion of the writing each night, and then turn it in the next day so that I can conference with them, and make corrections.
Math- We are in Chapter 3 and learning all about expressions, equations, and patterns.
Monday- No major announcements for today
Tuesday- We will be taking the mid-year District Science assessment.
Wednesday- We will be taking the mid-year District Math assessment.
Thursday- Reading Test on the Gold Rush, Math game.
Friday- Spelling Test, Tropicana Speech School contest, Chapter 3 mid-chapter check in Math, AR Tests, homework packet due, Fun Friday
